Uriel worked previously with one to the top roofing companies in the Wichita, KS area, handling the service and warranty work for 11 years. He was the guy everyone called on to fix complicated problems. Over those 11 years Uriel learned a great wealth of knowledge from multiple 30+ year veterans. While handling the service and warranty department, Uriel developed an awareness of how to do things right the first time. Uriel takes that awareness and his wealth of knowledge straight to all his full roof installations and repairs. Deven has been an excellent asset to the Shield Roofing team. He is known for having over a decade of contracting experience. Deven also contributes almost a decade of experience with insurance adjusting. Noe Jr. is the brother of owner Uriel Torres. As a second generation roofer, he grew up helping out the crews during the summers. He has a background in marketing, is detail oriented, and highly motivated, making him a valuable asset to our team. Noe Jr. enjoys working hand in hand with with the crews and is always willing to personally jump in and help when the need arises. Noe is the father of Uriel and Noe Torres Jr. He brings to our team over 35 years of roofing experience. Over the years, he has earned a great deal of respect form all the crews. Noe is a great mentor and teacher working hand in hand with the crews when ever he is needed for those complex roof designs. His attention to detail makes sure the job gets done right. At the end of the job he will preform a thorough inspection to make sure nothing is missed and nothing but quality is what remains!
